On May 27, 2026, the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association (SICA) convened an expert review session for the group standard Technical Specification for Specialty Gas Delivery Equipment Used in Integrated Circuit Production. The standard passed review and was approved for publication. BICCNS participated as one of 22 contributing organizations in the drafting process.

The standard establishes classification, design, safety, and inspection requirements for specialty gas delivery equipment used in IC fabrication, providing a unified domestic technical reference for the industry. BICCNS contributed technical input on flow measurement and monitoring requirements within the standard.

The standard will undergo final revisions before official publication by SICA.
