The PFSX UHP PFA pressure sensor features high-purity PFA/PTFE construction with flared or pillar connections, suitable for semiconductor, photovoltaic, display, and corrosive chemical or special liquid applications. Pressure range up to 1 MPa with customizable spans, 100% tested and temperature compensated for stable and reliable performance. The standard ceramic sensor is compatible with acids, alkalis, and ultrapure water. For HF and HCl, an optional sapphire sensor provides enhanced corrosion resistance and longer service life.
